Bramharshi Samaj feels neglected by political parties, may opt for NOTA

Jamshedpur: The Bramharshi Vikas Manch, at an emergency meeting held today at CWA Club in Golmuri, expressed anger at being overlooked by political parties in Jharkhand and Bihar not giving them representations in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.

President Vikas Singh said that although the organization was a social body but overlooking the Samaj�s people in matter of candidate selection by political parties had evoked their anger. �The political parties should change their mentality. Communities should get equal respect,� he stated.

The Samaj members even suggested that they may even opt to go for NOTA. Members of regional and central committees were present in the meeting. A coordination committee of the Brahmarshi Samaj of Bihar and Jharkhand was formed at the meeting and the committee would soon convene a meeting to decide the future course of action.

Members present at the meeting were Anil Thakur, Raj Kishore Singh, Shyam Sunder Prasad Singh, Saroj Chowdhary, Vijay Sharma and rajesh Chowdhary.
