Body recovered from river in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, March 9. Body of 44 year old person identified as Sunil Gope of Ulidih in Dimna Basti was found in the Subernarekha river on Wednesday night near Bhojpur colony under Sidhgora police station area.

Sunil was missing since March 6. Police have registered a case of unnatural death and started investigation. Sunil’s son Ajay told that he used to work as a porter. On Monday, Ravi Lohar, who lives in the neighborhood, had taken him on the pretext of getting him a job in a poultry farm, but Ravi returned home the next day. On asking Ravi about Sunil, he told that Sunil has gone to his  relative’s house in Bhojpur Colony. On investigation, it was found that Sunil had not reached  the relative  house at all. It was learned late on Wednesday night that his body had been recovered from the river.
