Jamshedpur, March 19: West Singhbhum police recovered the body of one Sonu Agrawal, a resident of Barbil, Odisha, from under the railway over-bridge on Ranchi-Chaibasa main road here on Sunday.
Sources said the deceased was identified by his brother-in-law Pawan Choudhary. Choudhary said Sonu used to live with him and drive an e-rickshaw for a living, police said.
Sonu was reportedly seen sitting outside Shikhar Indane gas agency under the over-bridge. After sometime, Sonu lay down and remained in the same position till spotted by the agency staff and others. People found out that Sonu was dead and informed Chakrdharpur police about the incident. Police sent the body of the deceased to the local government hospital for postmortem examination. They suspect the deceased died of critical health conditions. They said the autopsy report may reveal the cause of death.
