Jamshedpur: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha members held a meeting at Sundernagar on Thursday to discuss various issues related to the development of Jharkhand. Addressing the meeting, the outfit leader Krishna alias Kali Sharma said promoting various sports was important to ensure the nation’s growth.
He said young talents in sports should be motivated so that they perform well in the international arena. Earlier, he distributed saplings among party workers and appealed to them to save the environment through plantation.
Sharma further congratulated Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and deputy CM Sushil Modi for taking oath today. He said the new government led by Nitish Kumar would bring an end to ‘jungle raj’ in Bihar.
Among those present on the occasion included Abhay Choubey, Kumaresh Upadhyaya, Anmol Verma, Rohit Panda and Brij Kishore Singh.
