Jamshedpur: Asha Singh of Telco was adjudged Sawan Queen during Sawan Milan programme organized at Sakchi on Wednesday. The event was held under the aegis of Singhbhum Mahila Vikas Manch. As many as 50 women participated in the event.
The programme started with a welcome song. A cultural programme soon followed. It comprised solo dance, bhajan, Bollywood songs, quiz contest, group dance and kajari performance.
Among those present during the event included Gayatri Das, Manju Singh, Sanju Sharma, Kiran, Yamuna, Swastika, Richa, Meenu, Kanak and Pratima.
