Seraikela: Former Chief Minister Arjun Munda on Tuesday asked party workers to tighten their girdles for the 2019 elections. He said strengthening the party is important to ensure its victory in the elections.
He advised the workers to spread mass awareness on the various public welfare schemes and achievements of the Narendra Modi government. He said the responsibility of party workers was high fo the organization. He said a public campaign should be launched to inform people about the government schemes and policies.
Munda addressed the party workers at the local Circuit House. Also present on the occasion was the Jharkhand State Minority Commission vice president Ashok Sarangi. He said the BJP had set a target of winning 350 plus seats in the Lok Sabha elections and 60 seats in the Assembly elections.
Among others present at the meeting included Ganesh Mahali, Lakhiram Munda, Manju Bodra, Balram Mahato, Shambhu Pati, Vijay Mahato and Sushil Sarangi.
