Jamshedpur : Bhojpuri actor and BJP MP Manoj Tiwary on Thursday said that BJP is the lone party that can ensure development in Jharkhand. He sounded confidence that buoyed by the Modi wave he will ensure victory for the party.
“We all are very much impressed by Narendra Modi jee. I have full faith in his leadership and will work to ensure his victory. “I am overwhelmed with the kind of support I have received from the supporters. People have faith in us and we will do everything for their welfare. The party activists should work with every dedication to spread party’s message.
He claimed that the voters will give a clear mandate to the party. The BJP led Government will be good administrator. The mineral-rich Jharkhand has long been exploited. More than 50 percent of the state’s population lives below the poverty line. We will fight for better governance.
Addressing a press conference here, the singer turned politician said that the strong wave in favour of BJP has been sweeping across Jharkhand before the five-phase assembly election.
“I have campaigned in seven assembly constituencies including Bhavnathpur, Garwah, Panki, Daltongunj and people are keen to vote for the BJP to ensure strong Government in the State,” Tiwary, a BJP MP from North East Delhi, said.
He went on to add that Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government at Centre is taking mass scale initiatives of development. Apart from decreasing prices of petrol and diesel, schemes like Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana have played an important role.
When question over BJP’s decision to head for alliance with AJSU Party, Tiwary said BJP believes in pre-poll alliance and work according to its vision. He said that there is also no issues related to the next CM of Jharkhand. The elected representatives of the party will appoint their leader.
Reciting slogans such as “Dil ki sune, BJP ko Chune”, Tiwary said, “The people of Jharkhand have been fed up with political instability during the last 14 years and have made up their minds to vote for BJP to install a majority government to march on the path of development.”
Talking about his career in the entertainment world, Tiwary said that movie ‘Aurat Khilona Nahi’ will release in three states tomorrow. The film is being released in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar tomorrow.
