Jamshedpur: A political proposal to oppose closure of Bistupur main road for vehicular traffic was passed at the meeting of Bistupur unit of BJP held at Chamber Bhavan, Bistupur, on Sunday.
It was decided to approach the district administration to issue a public corrigendum on the matter to make it clear whether the road is going to be closed. The meeting was presided over by Sur Ranjan Rai. The chief guest of the meeting was minister Saryu Rai.
Among others present on the occasion included state BJP spokesperson Rajesh Shukla, Anil Modi, Lallan Dwivedi and Hari Kishore Tiwary.
