The meeting, chaired by Jamshedpur Mahanagar President Sudhanshu Ojha, was attended by Regional Organization General Secretary Nagendra Nath Tripathi, senior party leaders, and officials.

The primary focus of the meeting was the upcoming membership drive, which aims to significantly expand the party’s base in the region. It was announced that a district-level workshop would be organized on December 15, followed by workshops at the mandal level on December 18 and 19. These workshops will be instrumental in training workers and preparing them for the formal launch of the membership campaign on December 22.

Nagendra Nath Tripathi emphasized the importance of the membership campaign as a vital tool to strengthen the party and promote its ideology at the grassroots level. He urged workers to actively engage with the public and ensure the campaign reaches every section of society. “This is not just a campaign; it is an opportunity to connect people with the BJP’s policies and vision,” Tripathi said.

With an ambitious target to add 2.5 lakh new members in the Mahanagar, the campaign will be executed at booth, division, district, and state levels. The focus will be on reaching out to the last person in the district to make them a member of the party.

The campaign will be supported by intensive training programs. Workshops will provide technical and practical training to party workers, equipping them with the tools to effectively connect with potential members and communicate the party’s message.

Key participants in the meeting included former State Minister Rita Mishra, District Coordinator of the Membership Campaign Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Co-coordinator Santosh Thakur, Khelaram Besra, MP Representative Sanjeev Kumar, District Vice President Sanjeev Sinha, Rajiv Singh, Babua Singh, Pradeep Besra, Renu Sharma, District General Secretary Sanjeev Singh, and various leaders from the party’s front organizations.
