Jamshedpur, April 18: Seeing the dismal condition of cleanliness and hygiene in Sonari, BJP Sonari unit on Tuesday held a special meeting to tackle the menace.
The meet was headed by unit president Chunnu Bhumij who said that the condition of cleanliness in Sonari is pathetic and if the situation doesn’t improve then the party will raise the matter in front of minister and local MLA Saryu Rai.
‘The Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) is not working properly this is the reason the people of Sonari are facing issues relating to filth which is seen spread in many areas’, said Bhumuj, adding, ‘If by April 20 the issue is not solved then the party workers will themselves take the step towards cleanliness of Sonari’.
On the occasion Virendra Singh, Mahendra Yadav, Shankar Rai, Sujata Sarkar, Maya Sahu, Atul Singh, Vinyak lehri, Buddheswar Karmakar, Tapas Chatterjee and party workers in large numbers were present.
