BJP rule a reflection of British Raj: Kunal Sarangi

Jamshedpur: JMM legislator from Baharagora, Kunal Sarangi today criticized the BJP state government for using terror tactics to cow down legitimate demands of the people.
Kunal stated that the way the para-teachers were stifled by baton wielding policemen was akin to the ruling tactics of the British before independence. He said, �If in a democracy, the para teachers sought same pay for same job and were caned for their demand, it is a reflection of abominable British ways that seemingly linger on during the BJP regime. No amount of criticism for this barbaric act can suffice.�
He said that JMM were fully in support of the para teachers� demands. �The government had preplanned this attack on the para teachers at the Morhabadi Ground in Ranchi during the celebration of the State Foundation Day,� the legislator stated.
