BJP inaugurates Mandal level training workshop in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Dec 13: A two day training workshop for BJP Mandal officials got underway on Sunday at five Mandals including Sitaramdera, Telco, Jugsalai, Olidih and Baridih. The workshops were inaugurated by MP Bidyut Baran Mahto, district raining coordinator and former MLA Jitu Charan Ram, former district president Abhay Singh, Mahanagar president Gunjan Yadav and Mithilesh Singh Yadav who lighted the traditional lamp and paid floral tributes before the portraits of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Among the topics deliberated upon at the workshop included the changing trends in politics and being answerable to society and the nation. The participating party officials were made to take a pledge on propagating the party’s ideology in a disciploined manner. Parliamentarian Bidyut Baran Mahto explained BJP’s philosophy and policies. He said, “It is for the party office bearers to evolve new responsibilities and abide by them. BJP leaders and cadres are devoted to Bharat Mata and their ideology is nation and its people first.”

The first day’s workshop on Sunday featured detailed discussions on BJP’s history and its development, security, capabilities and national self-dependence. Discussions were also conducted on projects launched for the uplift of poor in the last six years, the party’s perception as related to the mainstream national thought processes, personality development, the achievements attained in Jharkhand during the BJP rule, a review of the status of other political parties, the role of BJP and its leaders and members in state and nation building, the changing scenario of Indian politics since 2014 and the responsibility of BJP and its leaders towards the nation.

Speakers at the workshop dwelt on the struggles and achievement of Bharatiya Janata Party in which every member was a vital link to the chain of collective strength. They said that the party is proud of the dedication of all members right from the booth level to the national level. They said that such workshops were designed to train new party officials and make them productive for the party and the masses.

BJP Mahanagar president Gunjan Yadav while stressing on the importance of such training workshops said, “Workshops produce dedicated party officials and leaders. Here their development in the realms of leadership and personality is ensured.” He urged officials to participate in the other workshops to be held so that they could gather more information and add to national development.
