Jamshedpur: The BJP-led Central and state governments have lost the faith of the people. When the top investigation agency, Central Bureau of Investigation, gets mired in internal controversy caused by a rift within the organization, the situation can get only worse. This was observed on Thursday by Rakesh Tiwary, Kolhan divisional spokesperson of Jharkhand State Congress Committee.
Tiwary said the state government was on a publicity drive ahead of elections. By merely laying foundation stones of projects, the government cannot claim that it has carried out development of Jharkhand, he said.
Tiwary further slammed the state government for failing to stop two unemployed engineers from ending their lives in Hazaribagh yesterday. He said the law and order and basic amenities in the state were in miserable condition.
