Sahibganj, May 24: JMM leader Kalpana Soren said that BJP conspired and put Hemant Soren in jail.
“By sending Hemant Soren, who has given rights to millions of people of Jharkhand, to jail, BJP has played with sentiments of Jharkhand people,” said Kalpana Soren while addressing rallies for JMM candidate Vijay Hansda at Amrapada and Borio under Rajmahal Lok Sabha seat on Friday.
Kalpana Soren, wife of former Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren, said that BJP was afraid that if Hemant Soren, who has given rights to lakhs of people of Jharkhand, was kept free, then BJP’s deposit in the elections would be confiscated.
Kalpana Soren said that BJP did not think that Hemant Soren is definitely in jail but today every Jharkhand resident is fighting the battle of Hemant Soren. Fighting the battle of his favorite leader. The public is fighting this election. A befitting reply will be given against the dictatorial forces of BJP.
Kalpana Soren appealed to vote for Vijay Hansda on June 1.
“BJP only worked to keep Jharkhand behind. BJP is irritated with the tribals and indigenous people of Jharkhand and got lakhs of ration cards deleted. Thousands of schools were locked,” alleged Kalpana.
