Noamundi, Nov 15: Birsa Munda Jayanti was celebrated with fervor at various places of Noamundi Block on Saturday.
Adivasi association took out a procession with traditional drum and music through Noamundi Bazar Tisco Camp and Kutingta village.
Many cultural programes were performed based on Adivasi Dance, Song and Music during the ceremony.
Members of Adivasi association from Jamshedpur and Ranchi also took part in the celebration.
The function of Birsa Jayanti was organized by association president Ajay Tiriya.
