Jamshedpur: The Sanyukt Gram Suraksha Samiti (SGSS) to celebrated Birsa Munda Jayanti at Sopodera Maidan amidst much fanfare. The statue of Birsa Munda was garlanded by the people present at the function.
Samiti convener Ram Singh Munda said that by adopting the values of Birsa Munda, progress of the people on all fronts can be achieved and following the ideals of the great revolutionary would be the greatest tribute to this legend.
The twenty point block president Ram Singh Munda, former Mukhiya Prabhu Ram Munda, Prakash Sandil, Parmanand Singh, Amarnath Chaubey, Indra Kumar, Tulsi Mahto, Subal Chandra Mahto, Alok Bhaskar, Jai Prakash Singh, Umesh Puran, Ramakant Karua, Rudro Munda, Bablu Karua, Dilip Singh, Navin Mahto, Sumit Sharma, Rajesh Singh, Prabhakant Karua, Inder, Lakhwinder Singh and Pradip Sharma were among those present on the occasion.
