Bike borne miscreants snatch Rs 20,000 near Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Mar 2: Two bike borne miscreants snatched Rs 20,000 from a retired teacher Dhananjay Majhi in broad day light at Patamda on Tuesday. 
When the retired teacher resisted he was pushed and thrown to the ground and they fled away. Patamda police when informed reached the spot and has started investigation into the case and detained few persons on suspicion. 
Significantly, the retired teacher was a resident of Pokelbera Das tola and had gone to Patamda State Bank of India to withdraw pension and after withdrawal kept the amount in a bag and hanged it on his cycle and was returning home when the bike borne miscreants came from behind and snatched the bag from the cycle and started fleeing and when he resisted they pushed him away to the ground. The retired shouted for help but by the time people gathered the miscreants had escaped from the spot. 
Police claim that the manner in which the incident happened the miscreants must have conducted recee of the retired teacher from the bank itself.
