Jamshedpur, July 25: On the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum, the implementation of the development plans was reviewed by the Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) Manish Kumar.
The DDC directed all blocks development officers (BDOs) under MNREGA to run more than six schemes in each village.
Bodam, Musabani, Jamshedpur, Gudbanda blocks have taken up more than five schemes on which satisfaction was expressed.
All the blocks were directed to bring progress in creation of man days. When only 42 percent inspection reports were uploaded in the Area Officer App, all blocks were directed to achieve 100 percent target by July 25.
Less than 40 percent inspection reports have been uploaded by Gudambada, Patmada, Potka, Ghatshila in the Area Officer App, on which the concerned BDOs were directed to bring progress.
Attendance of laborers has to be registered daily in NMMS (National Mobile Monitoring System App), in the above block Potka and Dumaria, if NMMS is not done in a large number of schemes, instructions were given to do 100 percent by July 25, along with it was told that it is monitored at the central level, in such a case it will be taken seriously.
Under the Birsa Irrigation Well Promotion Scheme, all the blocks were directed to approve 20 percent of the schemes, the Deputy Development Commissioner said that these schemes should appear in the MIS by Tuesday. Due to non-completion of old schemes like directive was issued to complete all the above mentioned schemes for the year 2020-21 and earlier in mission mode within two days.
Aadhaar-based payment system, inoperative accounts and bank accounts with which Aadhaar was not linked, such accounts were directed to make 100 percent progress by the end of July by coordinating with the bank managers.
Along with this, instructions were given to complete Veer Shaheed Poto Ho Khel Maidan Yojana and Anganwadi construction yojana on priority.
In the review of the housing scheme, it was found that East Singhbhum district ranks first in the entire state in the construction of Prime Minister’s housing, while the district ranks fourth in Ambedkar housing, speeding up the construction of Ambedkar housing.
