Noamundi, March 28: Ram Navami was celebrated with fervor at Tisco Noamundi on Saturday.
Sri Sri Basanti Puja committee established in 1983 has been organising the Puja for past 30 years.
The committee also organised many cultural programme such as dance, drama were people thronged at the venue to see the event.
Prasad was distributed among the devotees. This is the only puja committee that holds Basanti puja in the entire Noamundi Block .
The Statue of Maa Basanti will be immersed on Sunday .
The committee�s chief patrons are Debashish Jena Chief of Tata Steel Noamundi Iron ore Mines, B D Mahanty, SS Behara ,Sita Sam Choudhary and others.
