Jamshedpur: Narwa Pahar Palli Samiti celebrated Ashtami and Navami at Murgaghuttu in Narwa Pahar, Jadugora, on Sunday. The outfit has been celebrating Basanti Durga Puja for the last 26 years. A large number of devotees offered obeisance to Goddess Durga and sought her blessings. The organizers distributed halwa-puri and sharbat among the devotees. A cultural programme was held in the evening. Folk artists enchanted one and all with Jhumar and Baul music performance.
