State Health Minister Banna Gupta paid homage to the Nightingale and Bharat Ratna, Lata Mangeshkar who breathed her last at 8:12 am on Sunday while undergoing treatment in a Mumbai Hospital. The Minister garlanded a portrait of the late singer and observed two-minutes’ silence to pray for the peace of the iconic singer’s soul.
