Jamshedpur, Oct 9: Senior Congress leader SRA Rizvi Chhabban who was a former general secretary of State Congress party and whom many party stalwarts consider as the man who gave roots to the party has been ill over a long period of time had a visitor in Jharkhand Health and Disaster Management Minister Banna Gupta who went to see him at his residence. He enquired about his health and sought an update on his present condition. The Minister assured help and wished him to reghain health at the earliest.
