Jamshedpur: The 122nd birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was celebrated in Sakchi under the aegis of Jharkhand Banga Bhashi Samanvaya Samiti on Wednesday. The outfit members paid floral tributes to Netaji and remembered his great contributions and sacrifices for the country. After the programme, the outfit members went to Aam Bagan, Sakchi, and garlanded his statue. The outfit president Bikash Mukherjee said following Netaji�s principles should be everyone�s aim in life.
Other members present during the programme included Nepal Das, Bhoto Gorai, Chandan Dutta, Purbi Dutta, Purbi Ghosh, Santosh Pati and Mrinmoy Kumar.
