In his first address, Balbir Singh thanked the people and committee members and announced the appointment of Sukhwinder Singh as General Secretary.
The event was attended by a large number of devotees and dignitaries, including former President Rajendra Singh, Gurdayal Singh, and Mangu Singh. President Bhagwan Singh urged everyone to serve with unity and dedication.
