Bail granted to Rocky Mishra in Jugsalai firing case

Jamshedpur: Rocky Mishra, the accused in the firing incident involving Jugsalai resident Congress leader Abhijeet Singh, was granted regular bail by the court of District and Additional Sessions Judge First, Bimalesh Kumar Sahay, on Monday.

The case dates back to August 17, 2024, when a firing incident occurred during a Jagran event organized by Abhijeet Singh in the month of Shravan. A case was filed at the Jugsalai police station, accusing Mishra, along with Rahul Singh, alias Antim Pai, Sunny Singh, Sardar Manish Singh, and Mohit Pandey, of being involved in the shooting.

Advocate Omprakash represented Rocky Mishra in court during the bail proceedings.
