Jamshedpur: St. John’s High School (SJHS) witnessed a day of excitement and interactive learning as the first Bagless Day activity for the 2025 session was successfully conducted for pre-primary students. The school meticulously planned the event to engage young learners in hands-on experiences that made education both fun and enriching.
The pre-primary students participated enthusiastically in a variety of activities aimed at fostering creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. The day included mental maths games, a high-energy Zumba dance session, the singing of patriotic songs, and engaging origami lessons. Each activity was designed to promote interactive learning, allowing students to develop practical skills while exploring new interests in an enjoyable manner.
The enthusiasm of the little learners was contagious, as students from classes IX and X expressed their keen interest in experiencing Bagless Days for themselves. The success of the event has sparked curiosity among senior students, highlighting the growing appeal of activity-based learning across all age groups.
“St. John’s High School aims to continue organizing such innovative programs to enhance student engagement and encourage a love for learning. With the resounding success of this Bagless Day, students and faculty alike are looking forward to more such initiatives in the near future, making learning an enjoyable and meaningful experience for all,” said Ashu Tiwary, principal, St John’s High School.
