Jamshedpur: City-based social organization Awesome India carried out a special inspection drive at the various Chhath ghats on Saturday. The outfit members said a cleanliness drive would be launched on Sunday in view of the festival. The national president of the outfit Roshan Jha will lead a team of volunteers. The campaign would start at Gandhi Ghat, Mango. This was informed by Rakesh Sahu, one of the members.
Sahu said puja items would be distributed among the devotees at Shahid Chowk, Sakchi, on 25th October. Among those present during today�s campaign included Vijay Singh, Mukesh Yadav, Aruna Mukhi, Kamlesh Sao, Shravan Sao, Anoop Mahato, Santosh Oraon, Raju Gope, Mitrajaya Mahato, Archan Mahato, Neeraj Dubey and Vikas Gope.
