Jamshedpur: Jusco managing director Tarun Daga along with Raghunath Pandey, President JUSCO Shramik Union, VD Gopal Krishna, General Secretary, JUSCO Shramik Union, flagged off an awareness drive on World Water Day on 22nd March from Sir DorabJi Tata Park.
Speaking during the function Daga said that water was a depleting natural resource and one should work towards conserving and recycling the existing source and that the situation in Cape Town, South Africa is alarming. JUSCO is continuously working on comprehensive plans for recycling waste water and at the same time creating awareness amongst the consumers for conservation. It is the responsibility of each and every individual to conserve water and spread the message across the society. Be Zimmedaar towards water conservation and make Jamshedpur a Zimmedaar Shaher. Senior Officials, Officers, Office bearers of JSU were also present at the venue.
