Jamshedpur: An awareness campaign was launched on Sunday by Samajwadi Party at Mango Gandhi Maidan.
The outfit leaders said the purpose of the campaign was to inform the people about the party and its activities.
They said the campaign was organized ahead of the Assembly elections in the state in a bid to widen the party base in the city.
The outfit president Shakir Khan said the party had intensified the campaign for the Assembly elections. Among others present on the occasion included Amit Ranjan, Ritesh, Pappu and Shanu.
