Jamshedpur: An awareness camp was organized today by the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (Ministry of Labor and Employment) in collaboration with the Adityapur Small Industries Association and Laghu Udyog Bharti. The program aimed to inform local employers about ESIC and the importance of registering under SPREE to avoid future legal complications.
At the camp, Rajiv Ranjan, Regional Director of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, and Dr. P.K. Singh, Medical Superintendent of the Employees’ State Insurance Hospital, Adityapur, addressed the participants. The session also included interactive discussions, with Abhishek Kumar answering questions from employers regarding ESIC compliance and benefits.
Officials present included Indra Agarwal, President of the Adityapur Small Industries Association, General Secretary Praveen Gutgutia, and other Laghu Udyog Bharti representatives. From ESIC, Ranjeet Kumar Baranwal, Social Security Officer, Sanjay Kumar and Sachit Kumar, Branch Managers, along with Rajiv Kumar, Ravi Shankar, and other employees, attended the event.
The programme successfully highlighted the significance of SPREE registration and ESIC awareness for employers, reinforcing compliance and social security initiatives in the region.
