Avoid electronic gadgets before sleep: Thumpa Mukherjee shares health tips for women at Jamshedpur Women’s University

 

Jamshedpur, Dec 24: Jamshedpur Women’s University (JWU), under the guidance and supervision of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anjila Gupta, in collaboration with the Jamshedpur Management Association (JMA), organized a talk on women’s health care for students and faculty members.

The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by dignitaries, including Dean of Student Welfare (DSW) Dr. Kishwar Ara, Speaker Thumpa Mukherjee (Operation Head, JMA), Vinay Kumar, Dr. Sweta Prasad, and Dr. Keya Banerjee from the Department of MBA. Dr. Kishwar Ara delivered the welcome address.

During the session, Thumpa Mukherjee emphasized four key principles for maintaining women’s health: avoiding processed foods, limiting electronic device usage an hour before bedtime, practicing 14-hour intermittent fasting, and engaging in regular exercise.

The session saw enthusiastic participation from students, who raised numerous queries and gained valuable insights into prioritizing their health. The event was both informative and engaging, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.

Dr. Sweta Prasad hosted the session, while Dr. Keya Banerjee proposed the vote of thanks.
