Noamundi, Jan. 12: Tata DAV Public School,Noamundi Organized a bicycle race competition to celebrate National Youth Day to mark birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda with a message to protect environment and fuel.
Total 27 students participated in the race competition flagged off by the Principal T K Mishra. The first position was bagged by Avinash Katamba, a class 7 student while the second position was bagged by Deepak Munadri, also a class 7 student.
Tausif Ansari, a student of class 8 was third in the competition. Prior to the event, the principal, teachers and students paid floral tribute to Swami Vivekananda on his 154th birth anniversary.
