Ranchi, July 4: Senior bureaucrat Avinash Kumar has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
The department of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language has also issued a notification related to this.
As soon as Hemant Soren took oath as CM, a special session of the assembly has been called on Monday. Along with this, there is also news of expansion of Hemant Cabinet on Tuesday. In this, many faces of the ministerial post can be changed. There is a possibility of change of ministers from Congress quota. For this, the state Congress leaders are holding meetings with the top leaders of the party in Delhi.
Hemant Soren after becoming chief minister reached the Secretariat today. Here the officials welcomed him. At 5 pm the Governor administered him the oath of Chief Minister. After taking oath, Hemant Soren reached the secretariat located in Project Bhawan and met the officials.
