Gamharia, Oct 25: Kali Puja and Dipawali were celebrated in and around Kandra and Gamharia. Grand and attractive pandals dotted the landscape as devotees thronged the temples and pandals to join in the prayers and seek Ma Kali’s blessings. Several pandals were inaugurated on Monday evening prior to the commencement of Kali Puja. The Mother was worshiped reverently in and around Kandra and Gamharia.
State Transport and Tribal Welfare Minister Champai Soren inaugurated the Sri-Sri Sarvajanin Puja Committee Kali Puja Pandal and offered prayers. Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahto inaugurated the Sarvajanin Puja Committee pandal at Uttamdih in Ward 1`and offered prayers for the prosperity and happiness of mankind.
