Ranchi: The special court of the Central Bureau of Investigation has issued an attachment order against Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MLA Sita Soren in connection with the horsetrading case related to the Rajya Sabha election of 2012.
It has also issued an attachment order against the father of Sita Soren, BN Majhi.
Sita Soren is absconding in this case. The court had recently removed the stay from an attachment order against Sita Soren.
