Jamshedpur, May 30: The Bistupur police station has pasted the attachment seizure notice at the house of two directors of Shashank Nidhi Construction Pvt Ltd, Bijay Kumar Sinha and Ranjit Mishra, the construction company of Dream Heights building located at Bistupur Q Road, Jamshedpur, following the court order.

The house of both these directors is located on the third floor of the Dream Heights building in Bistupur where the attachment advertisement has been pasted.

In the year 2021, Vijay Gangwani and Poonam Gangwani had registered a case of forgery and cheating against both of them, in which the builder was accused of not returning their money.

After the registration of the case in the court, both the directors did not appear in any court and almost two years after the registration of the case, the notice of attachment was pasted at their house on the order of the court.

Incidentally, Ranjit Mishra, a director of Shashank Nidhi Construction Company, had registered a baseless case against Vijay Gangwani and Poonam Gangwani in Adityapur police station.

In this case, Vijay Gangwani termed it wrong,  and claimed that in the year 2021 Shashank had given in writing to Nidhi Construction Company that flat numbers 6A and 6C should be transferred to Sanjay Chopra and Kavita Chopra and the money received from them should be returned to (Vijay Gangwani) to whom  Shashank Nidhi Construction Company did not return the full money,
