ATL Community Day: Students prepare innovative models

Jamshedpur, April 13: DBMS English School celebrated ATL Community Day on Friday to commemorate Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s birthday as per the guidelines from the Atal Innovation Mission, Niti Aayog. Eight schools from Jamshedpur participated in the event which included 2 project schools. The schools which were part of the project included-

K. P. S. Project School, Lilliput School, Kerala Public School, Kadma, Dayanand Public School, Ramakrishna Mission School, Bistupur, DBMS Girls High School, DBMS Career Academy and DBMS English School

The students were given materials with which they had to make innovative items. Bridges out of newspaper, water clock with disposable water bottles and boats with popsicle sticks and plastic bottles were some of the models prepared by the children. The children enjoyed tinkering out of the box and collaborating with each other.
