Jamshedpur: An artificial pond was constructed at Steel House ground near Gandak Road, Sakchi, on the occasion of Chhath. A large number of devotees observed Chhath here. Local residents said they have been observing Chhath by the side of the artificial pond for the last seven years. They said the other ghats were congested due to the presence of a large number of devotees.
