Jamshedpur, Aug 26: Renaissance Artistes and Writers Association (RAWA), Jamshedpur chapter, conducted its 29th Annual Cultural Competition based on Prabhat Sangeet at the Ram Mandir Auditorium in Telco today. A noted philosopher, Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar composed 5,018 songs in various languages to enlighten man and lead him from the depths of darkness to an open universe of light.
The competition was divided into three segments viz painting, song presentations and dance recitals. RAWA Secretary Debjani Biswas and Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh East Singhbhum District Bhukti Pradhan Sushil Mahto awarded the prize winners of the three categories. All winners and runners up will participate in the RAWA�s national competition to be held in September.
