Jamshedpur, April 5: The issue of road encroachment in Jamshedpur has prompted authorities to take stern action. In a joint effort, the District Police, Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC), and Tata Steel initiated an awareness campaign against encroachment in Sakchi. The campaign, led by City SP Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, City DSP Sudhir Kumar, deputy city commissioner of JNAC Krishna Kumar and Traffic DSP Sanjay Singh, aimed to address the growing problem of encroachment in the area.

Commencing from Sakchi Roundabout and spanning through Thakurbari Road, Ambagan, and Delhi Darbar restaurnat, the campaign highlighted the importance of maintaining clear and accessible roads. Officials emphasized the adverse impact of encroachment on traffic flow and pedestrian safety.
