Jamshedpur, Sept 14: East Singhbhum deputy commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla reviewed the work of district social welfare department on Saturday. He directed the district officials concerned to ensure shifting of all anganbari centres to government buildings as soon as possible. He further directed them to ensure toilet facility, water and electricity supply at all anganbari centres within a month. He said the facility may be provided under the 14th Finance Commission, Swachh Bharat Mission and few other schemes.
Shukla said public awareness should be spread about Sukanya Yojana and other welfare schemes by carrying out publicity in local dialects.
