Jamshedpur: International Human Rights Association (IHRA ) national general secretary Usha Singh
has appointed Amita Rakshit of as president of State Women�s unit of IHRA while Rajshree Singh of Golmuri has been made vice president and Shikha Choudhary of Kadma has been made Kolhan incharge. Chandana Chatterjee of Sonari has been designated president of East Singhbhum unit.
On Monday, speaking to reporters at a hotel in Sakchi Usha Singh announced the appointments. She said that as per the rules of IHRA Jharkhand State for human rights interest the organization has been expanded. In response to a question Usha Singh said that proper coordination is required to curb human rights violation.
Usha Singh said that to prevent female feticide, save water and to inform women of Human Rights inflated by all members of the organization, especially in rural areas, the awareness campaign will be launched. Rajshree Singh said that women use their right to right field with significant involvement in the development of the state can ensure, so women need to come forward.
