Jamshedpur, Dec 10: Akaash House lifted the overall championship trophy at JUSCO School Kadma’s 19th Annual Sports Day, held on Tuesday in the school premises. The event was filled with energy, colour, and healthy competition as students showcased their sporting skills and team spirit.
The programme began with an impressive March Past by the five houses—Jal, Akaash, Agni, Prithvi, and Vayu. Jal House stood out and won the award for Best March Past. A.F. Madon, Administrator of JEM Foundation, attended the event as the Guest of Honour, while Col. Deepak Rawal, Indian Army veteran, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

One of the main attractions of the day was a powerful Drill performance themed on the Armed Forces, followed by the Blooming Flowers Drill presented by younger students. Yoga and Taekwondo demonstrations added variety to the showcase, reflecting the discipline and dedication of the participants.
Winners of various track and field events were felicitated by the chief guest and school Principal Jhumjhumi Nandi. In the junior category, P. Yogesh and Drishya Singh were declared Best Athletes. In the senior category, the honours went to Ranjit and Kritika Kumari.

The final results brought excitement as Akaash House secured the title of overall champions. Prithvi House finished as first runners-up, while Vayu House claimed the position of second runners-up.
Principal Jhumjhumi Nandi, Vice Principal Anindita Roy, and coordinators Qamar Ali and Seema Tiwary congratulated all winners and participants. The event concluded with the National Anthem, filling the campus with pride and enthusiasm.
