Gamharia: On the eighth day of the 17 day celebration of Shri Agrasen Jayanti � 2020, the Agrawal Samaj Foundation of Jamshedpur on Thursday distributed study material including copy books, pencils, erasers, geometry boxes, crayons and colour pencils among school children in the premises of Sri Radha Devi Public School in Gamharia. The programme was organized by Chartered Accountant Prabhat Sakseria and members of the Agrasen Women�s Club.
The guests on the occasion Foundation chairman Arun Bankrewal, patron Kamal Kishor Agrawal and Sri Radha Devi Public school director Subhash Kedia observed on the occasion that the state and country could progress only if tomorrow�s citizens were well educated and healthy. They said that it was their endeavor to ensure that children did not miss out on education due to paucity of money. They assured of providing help to ensure their education. Subhash Kedia said that people should come forward and help the needy in acquiring education. �If children are educated, they can move forward and work towards nation building,� he said.
Agrawal Samaj Foundation president Shrawan Mittal and women�s wing president Bindiya Garhwal stated that the organization�s purpose was to open schools for the needy and if the government made land available they would establish educational institutions in quick time. Those present on the occasion included Foundation vice president Nilesh Rajgarhia, Archana Gupta, Seema Agrawal, Sunita Agrawal, Murari Agrawal, Anil Chowdhary and other dignitaries.
