Admissions open for undergraduate and vocational programs at Jamshedpur Women’s University

Jamshedpur, May 3: Starting from May 6, the process of admission to the four-year undergraduate (UG) program and vocational courses at Jamshedpur Women’s University will commence via the Chancellor Portal. Classes for these programs will be conducted at the Bistupur campus.

The admission window for UG and vocational courses will remain open from May 6 to May 25. Various regular courses in Science, Arts, and Commerce streams will be offered, including subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Home Science, Philosophy, and various languages. Additionally, admissions will be available in Music, Psychology, and Commerce.

Enrollment for vocational courses such as BBA, BCA, Biotechnology, Mass Communication, and Computer Networking and Digital Communication (CND) will also be facilitated through the Chancellor portal. This presents an excellent opportunity for female students interested in pursuing PG Vocational programs, including MBA, MLIC, Biotechnology, MCA, and MA in Yogic Science. Vocational courses offer numerous employment opportunities, providing significant benefits to female students.

UG classes will be conducted exclusively at the Bistupur Campus. To address any admission-related queries or issues faced by UG students for the 2024-2025 session, a dedicated help desk has been established at the DSW office in Bistupur Campus. This initiative aims to assist students in smoothly completing the online application process.
