ADLS students rally against use of plastic

Jamshedpur: Alarmed by the increasing environmental threat posed by plastic, the students of ADLS sunshine School initiated a rally for spreading the message of �No Plastic�. The students collected old newspapers, learnt to make paper bags out of them and distributed the paper bags in the market places of Jamshedpur.
The students, committed to spreading the environment message, wanted to eradicate plastic bags from the city’s shopping culture.
They urged the public to refrain themselves from the use of plastics in their daily life.
This rally was part of the International School Award where in the students learnt about the hazardous effects of plastics.
