Jamshedpur: Chhath puja items were distributed for free among the devotees at Sonari Dispensary Road on Tuesday under the aegis of city-based social organization Seva Sahyog Kendra. The chief guest of the event was the MP of Jamshedpur Bidyut Baran Mahato. Former deputy Speaker of Bihar Vidhan Sabha Amarendra Pratap Singh was also present as a distinguished guest. A total of 1001 packets of puja items were distributed on the occasion. The programme was organized in front of the BJP office. It was chaired by Ashwini Srivastava. Among those present during the distribution included Arun Tiwary, Kishore Ojha, Shashank Shekhar Srivastava, Harendra Kumar, Mithilesh Singh, Ajeet Singh, Neeraj Srivastava and Alok Kumar.
