Gamharia, Mar 8: The Adityapur Municipal Corporation has issued a notice to the director of Vidhi Developers, located near the DVC turn in Gamharia, for not adhering to the approved building plan for Vinayak Garden. The complaint, filed by local residents, alleges violations of the Jharkhand Municipality Act 2011 and Jharkhand Building By-laws 2016. The Municipal Corporation Administrator has instructed the director to appear before the office within seven days with relevant documents to respond to the complaint.
