Ranchi, 16 Feb: Aditya Birla Group chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla today said the group plans to invest Rs 5,000 crore in Jharkhand, out of which Rs 1,500 crore has already been earmarked.
Birla was addressing the Global Investors� Summit at Khelgaon. He praised the state government for organizing such a grand investors� summit and giving opportunity to investors to develop the state.
He said the group would be increasing its investments over the years as per its plans for expansion in the state.
