Adhunik Power celebrates 15th anniversary with social initiatives, employee recognition

Gamharia, Sept 18: Adhunik Power and Natural Resources Limited (APNRL), a leading power generation company based in Padampur, Gamharia, celebrated its 15th anniversary with a blend of social commitment and employee recognition. Marking the milestone, the company launched the ‘Mahadev Old Age Scheme’ dedicated to the welfare of senior citizens.

As part of the initiative, an 89-year-old woman became the first beneficiary. In a symbolic gesture of respect, Director Nirmal Kumar Agarwal touched her feet and sought her blessings. The occasion also honored 23 employees for their outstanding contributions to the company’s production, awarding them certificates for their dedication and performance.

Speaking at the event, Director Agarwal credited the company’s success to the trust, loyalty, and hard work of the rural community and employees, describing them as true partners in its 15-year journey. Promoter Manoj Kumar Agarwal, unable to attend due to professional commitments, sent a message expressing pride in the company’s growth and its inspiring journey over the years.

Chief Guest CCL GM Ajit Singh lauded Adhunik Power for its dual commitment to industrial excellence and social responsibility. Entrepreneur and social activist Ashok Goyal praised the Agarwal brothers for creating employment opportunities while also contributing to welfare initiatives.

Earlier, CEO Arun Kumar Mishra outlined the company’s vision and detailed its social programs, including the newly launched old age scheme. The event, attended by dignitaries including Krishna Baskey and Gautam Mahato, concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Vice President (Commercial & Finance) Rajesh Kumar Sharma.
